Summit Spine and Joint Centers (SSJC) is seeking an Associate Director of ASC Operations to lead daily operations across our surgery centers, with a strong focus on Georgia locations. This role reports to the Vice President of ASC Operations and drives process improvements, staff development, and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare operations management, experience with EHR systems (preferably eClinicalWorks), and a Bachelor's degree, with a Master’s preferred.
