Throughout the day you will oversee payroll processes, support audit preparation, strengthen financial systems, and help others understand the story behind the numbers. • You have 5 or more years in construction or manufacturing accounting with senior-level responsibilities
• You can close the books cleanly, support an audit confidently, and keep a balance sheet balanced
• You embrace open-book management and believe that financial literacy makes the whole company stronger
• You use technology to work smarter and are always looking for a better way to get things done
