Experienced Associate Attorney

We are searching for an attorney who is passionate about assisting persons in need. We are searching for an attorney who can hit the ground running and provide great representation to clients. You must show compassion and the capacity to create relationships with the clientele. This is a position for an experienced attorney who is capable, knowledgeable, and confident in handling a workload with relative autonomy while working with a great legal team. Compensation is commensurate with experience and skill and is negotiable. The salary plan comprises a base wage as well as bonuses for output and performance. We provide [BENEFITS]. • Strong knowledge of laws and procedures to perform legal research and develop a case strategy
• The ability to project confidence and competence while representing clients in the courtroom
• Punctual and reliable with a strong commitment to character, integrity, and work ethic
• The ability and flexibility necessary to work at a growing firm
• Exceptional communication skills needed to work with all levels of staff and clients

$165,000 - $180,000 yearly

• Set the legal strategy based on each client’s goals, the facts of the case, and applicable law to determine a proper solution
• Delegate work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitor their work while taking full ownership for the outcome and all deadlines
• Arrange client meetings to discuss legal strategies, evaluate options, and work relentlessly to determine the best course of action
• Keep track of the time and value you provided to clients so you can evaluate what worked and what didn't, as well as what you might do better in the future
• Compose letters and legal documents for contract discussions and proceedings, such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, depositions, and settlement agreements

• Effective communication skills and problem-solving skills are necessary to work with all levels of staff and clients
• Has a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school
• Proven experience practicing as an Attorney
• Understanding of confidentiality requirements
• Applicants must have successfully passed the state bar exam and be in good standing [[STATE/FEDERAL]] Bar Association
