We're looking for a Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys through every stage of the litigation process. If you're organized, proactive, and ready to make an impact, this role is for you. Adams & Martin Group is working with a growing California-based firm as it embarks on its New York practice. Help the firm establish itself in Midtown, and work on complex commercial, IP, and anti-trust cases within the latest innovations and industries. Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. (Occasional overtime/weekends) What You'll Do
- Prepare litigation documents, exhibits, and correspondence
- Manage calendars, schedule depositions, and coordinate trial prep
- Conduct legal research and assist with discovery
- Communicate with clients and keep cases moving forward
- Organize case files and maintain litigation databases
- Assist in eDiscovery databases and production What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience (mid-to-large firm preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office , Lexis , and litigation support tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Readiness and willingness to jump in on a wide range of administrative and substantive duties to boost team productivity, especially against tight deadlines.
