You will partner with the regional President and Global CFO to drive financial excellence and growth, ensuring strong controls and accurate reporting. You'll lead the NA Finance team, shape data-driven insights, and support executive decision-making. This is a hands-on, strategic role at the heart of regional expansion and transformation. - Lead and develop the North America Finance team to enable regional expansion
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations including AR/AP, payroll, project cost accounting, and GL
- Optimize SAP-based accounting and reporting systems for scalability
- Develop and maintain financial policies and internal controls to safeguard assets
- Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in line with US GAAP and Group policies
- Ensure regulatory compliance (SOX/SEC where applicable) and manage treasury/workings capital
- Partner with regional President and Global CFO to provide financial modeling and strategic analysis
- Oversee budgeting, variance analysis, and performance metrics
- Serve as Co-Managing Director for Heliox Technology Inc., providing governance and leadership Key requirements
- 8-10+ years in finance with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Deep proficiency in US GAAP, management and tax accounting
- ERP systems experience with SAP; strong MS Office and financial modeling
- Hands-on leader capable of balancing strategy with operational execution
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; CPA/CMA/MBA desirable
