Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor About the Role Lead daily production of the facility. You’ll supervise 30-80 hourly team members and be accountable for staffing, throughput, yield, and shift performance against the production schedule. What You’ll Do

• Run daily production: assign and balance labor, monitor line speed and downtime, and direct startups, changeovers, allergen transitions, and shutdowns
• Verify temperatures, freezer exit temps, and product weights are run and recorded to spec
• Maintain separation between raw and RTE areas, and escalate off-spec product to QA
• Coach, train, and cross-train your crew, and handle performance conversations in partnership with HR
• Partner with maintenance, quality, sanitation, and shipping to keep lines running
• Drive continuous improvement by cutting downtime, giveaway, waste, and changeover time
• Complete shift documentation and report results to plant leadership What We’re Looking For
• Experience in production strongly preferred.
• One or more years of supervisory experience in manufacturing , ideally leading a large hourly workforce
• Working knowledge of packaging operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems
• High school diploma or GED
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Schedule & Physical Requirements
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Ability to walk the production floor for long periods, climb stairs, ladders, and platforms, and lift up to 25 lbs
