We're seeking a Global Marketing Manager – Healthcare to lead the growth strategy for one of our most important global businesses. This is an opportunity to shape the future of healthcare packaging, drive innovation, and influence strategic decisions across a global organization.

Remote (U.S.) | Preferred Location: Wilmington, DE

Approximately 25-35% Global Travel

• Wilmington, Delaware is the preferred location to support leadership visibility and business collaboration.
• Approximately 25-35% global travel is required to support customer engagement, team leadership, industry events, and business meetings.

• Own the Healthcare segment strategy, including near-term business objectives and the 5-year growth roadmap.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and new growth opportunities.
• Develop strategic plans that accelerate revenue growth and market leadership.

• Translate customer and market insights into differentiated value propositions.
• Lead commercialization efforts for new products and innovations.
• Partner with Product Management on portfolio and pricing strategies.

• Guide investment priorities and resource allocation.
• Provide strategic input on long-term capacity and asset planning.
• Strengthen competitive intelligence and market insights.

• Collaborate with Operations to ensure Healthcare GMP execution.
• Partner with Sustainability and Regulatory teams on emerging industry trends.
• Work with Marketing Communications to develop customer-facing campaigns and thought leadership.

Lead and Develop a Global Team

This role has responsibility for four global direct reports, including:

• Regional Marketing Managers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia
• Marketing Specialist

You'll develop talent, build organizational capability, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Product Management, or related business functions
• Experience leading growth initiatives and translating strategy into execution
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• MBA or advanced technical degree
• Healthcare industry experience
• Experience managing global teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge of medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare packaging markets

The Pay range for this role is $129,500.00 - $203,500.00 Annual

How Base Pay is Determined: DuPont has job leveling frameworks that help organize roles based on progressive levels of responsibility, proficiency and qualifications. Each role has an associated pay range (or an established pay rate for some roles) based on the competitive market in each country where we operate. Each individual’s pay is based on a variety of factors, including their role and the associated pay range for that role, their geographic location (i.e., country, state, metropolitan area), as well as their skills, experience, education and certifications, and performance.
