Business Development Manager - B2B Sales, Disaster Restoration

We’re looking for a highly motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Manager who thrives on building connections, creating opportunities, and driving results.

In this role, you'll generate new business, develop strategic partnerships, and expand our presence in the market.

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
• Build partnerships with insurance professionals, property managers, commercial clients, and other referral sources
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and industry networking activities
• Manage your sales pipeline, track opportunities, and meet revenue goals
• Collaborate with operations teams to deliver a positive client experience

• 1–3 years of sales or business development experience
• Restoration, construction, insurance, or related industry experience preferred
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• A proactive, self-motivated approach to business development, with the flexibility and responsiveness to capitalize on opportunities as they arise
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
