Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a driven, organized Inside Sales & Customer Account Representative to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will balance outbound business development with day-to-day account management and customer service. You will act as a core point of contact for our business clients—identifying new wholesale opportunities, processing incoming orders, resolving client inquiries, and coordinating with production and shipping to ensure fast, accurate fulfillment.

• Outbound Business Development: Contact prospective commercial and retail accounts via phone and email to introduce product lines, qualify decision-makers, and generate trial orders.
• Account Management & Retention: Maintain ongoing communication with existing accounts to secure regular reorders, introduce promotions, and ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Order Processing & Coordination: Receive, enter, and track wholesale orders from initial intake through factory dispatch, ensuring accurate invoices, delivery dates, and freight details.
• Customer Support: Serve as the primary problem-solver for incoming customer inquiries regarding stock availability, pricing, order status, transit tracking, and product specifications.
• CRM & Record Keeping: Accurately document daily client interactions, leads, pipeline stages, and account notes in our CRM and internal tracking sheets.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work directly with plant production, warehouse dispatch, and outside territory reps to keep orders moving on schedule.

• 1–3+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, customer support, or operations within B2B wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or retail.
• Confident verbal communicator with a professional, persuasive phone manner and strong active listening skills.
• Comfortable with numbers—able to calculate pricing, shipping quotes, wholesale volume discounts, and customer margins quickly.
• Solid computer literacy, including CRM tools, order management software, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).
• Strong multitasking and time management skills to balance outbound prospecting with immediate customer service needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Base Salary: $45,000 (Guaranteed weekly pay)
• Performance Commission: Ongoing commission on gross sales/reorders
• New Account Bounties: Generous cash bonus per new wholesale account opened
• Earning Potential: Expected Year 1 Total Earnings of $60,000 – $75,000+ (Uncapped)
