• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
• Develop and maintain internal controls for financial compliance
• Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
• Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives
• Process payroll and manage tax filings
• Technical Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA certification strongly preferred
• Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
• Deep knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
