Fractional Chief Legal Officer (CLO) The LawStaff Group Atlanta Metropolitan Area (Hybrid) Our client is seeking a Fractional Chief Legal Officer to serve as its primary legal advisor for 20–30 hours per week. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for an experienced attorney who enjoys solving business problems, negotiating agreements, and advising executive leadership. The company has an existing paralegal to provide support. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the legal function and advise executive leadership.
• Draft and negotiate commercial, technology, and vendor agreements.
• Oversee corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions.
• Address employment, privacy, intellectual property, and general legal matters.
• Collaborate with the existing paralegal and outside counsel. Qualifications
• J.D. and active bar membership, with Georgia admission or eligibility for in-house counsel registration.
• 8+ years of corporate legal experience, preferably including in-house leadership.
• Strong commercial contracting and corporate legal background.
• Practical, business-minded approach with excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and advise senior executives.
• Financial services, technology, or M&A experience is a plus.
