Conduct thorough investigations into the circumstances of the personal injury, collecting relevant evidence and obtaining necessary documents
Legal Research: Research laws, regulations, and precedents relevant to personal injury cases to support attorneys in building strong legal arguments
Drafting Legal Documents: Prepare legal documents such as complaints, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses
Assist in the discovery process by organizing and managing documents, coordinating document production, and responding to discovery requests from opposing parties
Trial Preparation: Aid in trial preparation by organizing trial exhibits, drafting witness lists, and assisting with the preparation of trial binders
Ensure timely and accurate filing of court documents, including electronic filing if applicable
Interact professionally with opposing counsel, exchanging information and documents as required during the legal proceedings
Legal Billing: Track billable hours and expenses related to personal injury cases for billing purposes
Calendar Management: Manage court deadlines, hearings, and other case-related events to ensure compliance with legal timelines
Legal Technology: Utilize legal case management software and other technology tools to efficiently manage case-related information
Provide general support to clients, addressing non-legal aspects of their cases and ensuring a positive client experience
Experience in personal injury litigation, with a strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology.
Proven track record of drafting and preparing legal documents, including complaints, pleadings, and motions.
Strong research skills, with the ability to analyze laws, regulations, and precedents to support case strategies.
Proficiency in legal case management software and other relevant technology tools to streamline case processes.
