Human Resources Director

Alloy Personal Training is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Director for our Headquarters. As a growing franchise, we need a builder—someone who can establish our core HR systems from the ground up, run day-to-day operations, and help shape a high-performance culture.

We don't need a high-level theorist; we need a doer. You won't be managing a large HR administrative team. Instead, you will roll up your sleeves to recruit great talent, support our leaders, manage the foundational HR tasks, and keep our people function running smoothly and consistently.

$125,000 per year with an annual bonus of up to 20%.

• Recruiting & Lifecycle Management: Run full-cycle recruiting and hiring for the corporate team, and establish strong onboarding and off-boarding systems to ensure security during employee transitions.
• Employee Relations & Coaching: Serve as the primary go-to for employee relations, actively coaching managers through people issues and performance management.
• HR Operations: Manage benefits administration, PTO, HR vendor relationships, and foundational compliance (employee handbook, local employment laws).
• Culture & EOS: Champion Alloy’s culture and support our EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) to ensure we have the "right people in the right seats."
• Systems Building: Establish the straightforward, effective HR processes and metrics a growing company needs without adding unnecessary corporate bureaucracy.

• 5+ years of progressive, hands-on HR experience.
• Proven ability to build and run HR processes from scratch in a growing, fast-paced business.
• Strong generalist background covering recruiting, employee relations, benefits, and basic compliance.
• Self-starter who is comfortable and confident working independently without a large HR support staff.
• Experience in a franchise, multi-location, fitness, hospitality, or retail organization is a strong plus.
• SHRM or HRCI certification is preferred.
