CAM Reconciliations: Manage common area maintenance, property tax, insurance, and other operating expense reconciliations and tenant recoveries. Portfolio Reporting: Consolidate and analyze financial results across multiple commercial real estate assets and ownership entities. Financial Statements: Prepare balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports, and supporting financial schedules. Cash Management: Monitor property-level cash flow, intercompany transactions, funding requirements, and ownership distributions. Prior public accounting experience highly desirable, particularly involving multiple clients, financial statement preparation, tax-basis accounting, and reconciliations. Extensive commercial real estate accounting experience, ideally including retail, mixed-use, office, multifamily, or healthcare properties. Experience with grocery-anchored retail properties, restaurant tenants, commercial leases, and CAM reconciliations preferred. Strong partnership accounting experience, including owner reporting, capital accounts, investor distributions, and waterfall calculations. Experience with multi-entity accounting, joint venture structures, and real estate development accounting. Hands-on experience with MRI and/or Yardi strongly preferred. Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, financial analysis, and distribution modeling. Additional software experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, QuickBooks, Peachtree, or CashPro beneficial. Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple properties and ownership entities simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting directly with ownership, investors, and senior management. CPA designation a plus, but not required. Why Consider This Opportunity?
