The Company is seeking an SVP of Meetings and Events to serve as a senior operational and strategic leader, with a focus on the delivery, quality, and profitability of its meetings and events portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multi-level organization, ensuring the consistent adoption of standard operating procedures, and championing operational excellence. This role demands a client-facing executive with a deep command of end-to-end event delivery, strong financial acumen, and the ability to maintain executive relationships with key client stakeholders. The SVP will also be tasked with driving the use of AI and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and the overall client and attendee experience.
Candidates for the SVP position should have a minimum of 15 years' leadership experience in meetings, events, or incentive travel, and a proven track record of managing large planning teams and complex programs.
