Senior People Operations Leader
M3 is seeking a Senior Manager, People Operations to lead payroll, benefits, and HRIS within a hybrid work environment in the United States. You will partner with executives to shape people strategies, drive performance and culture, and scale HR programs for a fast-growing tech company serving hospitality clients.
The role reports to the EVP, People and manages the Payroll & People Operations Analyst and the People Generalist, ensuring accurate processes and strong partnerships with managers.
