Junior Construction Accountant

A growing construction company in Suwanee is adding a junior accountant to its finance team. You'll work closely with project managers and senior accounting staff and learn construction accounting from the ground up.

• Code and process vendor and subcontractor invoices
• Track job costs and keep project budgets up to date
• Help prepare monthly pay applications and progress billing
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts and post journal entries
• Support month-end close and lien waiver tracking

Must-haves

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1-3 years of accounting experience
• Construction industry experience (job costing, progress billing, or subcontractor payables)
• Comfortable with Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet month-end deadlines

$60,000-$70,000

This is a full-time, on-site, direct-hire role in Suwanee, GA.
