Immediate opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join a top-notch company experiencing rapid growth!

• Assist with month-end close, annual operating and strategic plans, and forecasting activities.
• Perform detailed analysis to identify root cause of variances and ability to ‘tell the story’ verbally and in writing.
• Collect and interpret data, identify and understand where problems may already or potentially exist, and formulate and communicate the future impact.
• Assist with the development of models to track and report on initiatives.
• Assist with compiling and reporting the financial performance of the company.
• Extensive attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and standardization in reporting and presentations.
• Ability to pivot as needed to support evolving business demands that may result in managing multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain high confidentiality of disclosed information pertaining to the company’s financial and strategic plan.
• Intellectual curiosity, energetic, complete professional ownership, commitment to quality, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.

• 3+ years of FP&A experience as an Analyst
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics
• Advanced Excel skills
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills

• CPA, CFA, or MBA
