Business Development Rep – Staffing Sales

Sell staffing to the companies you already know, in any industry, and get paid for every hour your clients' contractors work. You bring the relationship and the hiring need. 100X brings everything else: the recruiters, the payroll, the platform and the paperwork. That's the business in a box.

Your job is to open doors and win job orders. Our recruiters fill them.

• Work your network. Call the CFOs, CPAs, HR leaders and owners you know, and find out who's short-staffed.
• Lead with contract. Every contractor you put to work pays you every week they bill.
• Sell all four ways to staff: fractional, contract and temp, temp-to-hire, and direct hire. The client picks what fits; you earn on all of them.
• Hand off the order. Send the need to our recruiting team. You never source, screen or run payroll.
• Stay the relationship owner. Check in with your clients, extend assignments, add seats and turn one order into an account.
• Use the platform. See which companies are hiring, who to call there, and every dollar in your commission book.

• A recruiting team: every order gets a recruiter, a screening questionnaire built with the client, a recorded video interview per candidate and checked references.
• Payroll and compliance: contractors work on our payroll. We invoice the client and cover wages, taxes, workers' comp, benefits and compliance.
