100X Partner Agreement

This agreement covers how 100X Recruiting Partners work with us and how they get paid. You accept it when you check the agreement box on your Partner application.

1. What a Partner does

You own the relationship — you bring the hiring need from your network, and your introduction carries your endorsement. That's the job. We do everything else: sourcing, screening, presenting, and filling the order as contract, try-before-you-hire, or permanent, plus payroll and compliance. You never recruit, you never run the back office, and you don't have to become a recruiter. If you want to stay close to the deal, great — but you don't have to. Make the introduction, stay the relationship owner, and get paid.

2. How you get paid

• Permanent placements: you earn 10% of the placement fee we collect on a hire made for a client you introduced — paid when we collect from the client, not at placement. You own the client; we handle the recruiting.
• Contract / try-before-you-hire: you earn 25% of the net spread on every hour your client's workers bill through us — recurring for the life of each assignment. You get paid for every hour someone works. Net spread means what the client pays, minus the worker's wages and the employer burden (taxes, workers comp, benefits and compliance).
• When: commissions are calculated on money actually received from the client and paid on the 15th of the following month, via Stripe.
• Reversals: refunded, credited, or uncollected invoices are reversed. If a permanent hire falls under our replacement guarantee and the fee is returned, the commission on it is returned too.

3. What doesn't qualify

• Referring yourself, your own employer, or a company that shares your work domain.
• Companies already under agreement with, or in active discussions with, 100X or NorthPoint Search Group or any of its affiliated companies at the time of your introduction.

4. Working together

• You're an independent contractor — not an employee, agent, or representative of 100X, and you can't sign or promise anything on our behalf. You're responsible for your own taxes (we issue a 1099 where required).
• Confidentiality: candidate, client, and rate information you see through 100X stays inside 100X.
• Non-circumvention: orders from clients you introduce run through 100X while this agreement is in place — that's what your commission pays for.
• No exclusivity and no quota: refer one order or a hundred.

5. Term

Either of us can end this agreement at any time, in writing. Commissions you've already earned are never taken back, and workers already billing keep paying your share through the end of their assignments. We may update terms for future referrals with notice; earned commissions are never reduced.

6. The boring part

This agreement is governed by Georgia law. If any part of it is unenforceable, the rest stands. It's the whole deal between us on Partner commissions and replaces anything earlier.
