Customer Service Representative

You'll be the go-to person helping customers find the right products and get their orders processed smoothly. Working by phone, email, and in person, you'll learn our product line, research specifications, and solve problems across multiple software systems. This role sits at the center of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Help customers identify and select products based on their specific needs, using vendor catalogs, specifications, and equipment information
• Enter and process customer orders using our ERP and order management systems
• Research product information and read technical specifications to answer customer questions accurately
• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams on order fulfillment, tracking, and shipment updates
• Handle walk-in customers, process returns, and resolve customer issues
• Manage multiple priorities and software platforms throughout the day while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, counter sales, wholesale/distribution, retail, parts, supply, or a similar product-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving and research skills — you dig into details to find answers
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Comfortable learning and working across multiple software systems
• Natural curiosity and willingness to learn technical product information and how systems work together
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; organized and dependable

• Experience helping customers identify or select products in a previous role
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or order-entry systems
• Background in wholesale, distribution, home improvement, supply, parts, or industrial environments

• Competitive salary: $42,000–$44,000 annually
